Upload how a process runs today: a BPMN model, a process-mining event log, or a written procedure. The platform designs the agent-native target version with governance on every step, then states the business case as measured baseline against projection. No baseline means no invented numbers.

From today's process to an agent-native redesign
Bring us the process as it runs today. Upload a BPMN diagram, a written procedure, or an event log of the kind process-mining tools export, and the platform reads it into a structured model of the current process: its steps, who does each one, and the order they run in. From an event log it also measures the baseline — how long a case takes and how often work loops back. A consultant reviews and corrects that model before anything is built on it.
From the approved current state, the platform generates an agent-native redesign. Each step is reworked from the outcome backwards: some stay, some change, some go, and some are new. Every step names who does what, person and agent, with the governance for it — what it can decide on its own, what escalates, and how it is undone. The case for the change reads as a before-and-after across a small set of measures, with a projected figure only where the current-state data supports one. Where it does not, we state the benefit area and its direction rather than a figure the data cannot back.
